Ideal Homes and Neighborhoods Names Zack Roach to Senior Management Team

Ideal Homes and Neighborhoods has named Zack Roach, Vice President of Development, to its Senior Management Team. 

“Ideal’s Development Department plays a particularly important role in our plans for company growth over the next few years,” said Steve Shoemaker, President of Ideal Homes. “Finding, contracting, performing due diligence and developing land is a vital part of our growth plan. With his vision and strategic mindset, Zack will be a great addition to the leadership of Ideal Homes and Neighborhoods. We are excited for what he will bring to our leadership team and our future growth.” 

Roach joined Ideal as a Development Specialist in 2005, and in 2007 was promoted to Director of Development. He has served as Vice President of Development since 2012. He is a board member of the Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma (BASCO), BASCO Government Affairs and Builders Council and Norman Chamber of Commerce. 

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to join the management team of Ideal Homes and Neighborhoods, furthering the incredible work that we do within our communities,” said Roach. “I’m thrilled to be able to further our planning and execution of large-scale projects by working with city staff and officials to imagine new realities for our homeowners.” 

He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at The University of Oklahoma and earned an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University. Roach is a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He and his wife, Emily, have three children.
