The NEW Ideal Design Studio

Custom homebuyers will visit the NEW Ideal Design Studio after they have written a contract on their new home and selected a homesite. At this incredible 6,000 square foot selection center we'll guide you through the process of customizing your home.

Some of the items you will select at your Ideal Design Studio appointment include brick, paint colors, door style, light fixtures, cabinet designs, flooring, and more. Your final design meeting will last approximately 1-2 hours and allow you to review all the design choices you’ve made for your home and sign the final documents to get your home started.
