We believe so strongly in our high standards of quality that we provide free warranty coverage on all new homes. Your new Ideal home comes with peace-of-mind warranties, a 10-year structural warranty, and a 3-year heating and cooling usage guarantee.
We’re pleased to be able to offer a builder warranty for the first year of home ownership and a one-year warranty covering major systems within your home.

The first year of warranty coverage includes the following items resulting from installation errors or manufacturer defects:
- Drywall cracks, nail pops, and tape separation
- Door, window, and gate adjustments
- Cabinet door adjustments
- Caulking and grout separation (one-time)
- Flooring (not including normal wear and tear)
- Garage door adjustments
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Heat and air
A one-year warranty covers major systems in your home resulting from installation errors or manufacturer defects:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Heat and air
For the first three years, we also guarantee that your heating and cooling usage on most Ideal homes will not exceed a certain amount. Ask your new home consultant or a customer care team member for more information.
