Join us for a one-day leadership workshop focused on how we can better support and love our team members, partners, and customers through our roles at work. Speakers from a variety of companies will guide discussions on how to handle workplace conflict and increase your impact as a leader by focusing on loving others.
It is easy to love others when companies are flourishing and coworkers are working well together. It's a much more difficult discipline when tough decisions need to be made for the company's future, when it seems like we're attending more funerals than celebrations, or when conflict is high. Through this workshop, learn strategies to ensure strong relationships are at the heart of what we do and allow us to overcome difficult times by leaning into those relationships.
Loving others and strong relationships are part of many companies' core values, but this workshop will help prioritize and formalize this strategy by using Christian principles to guide our kindness and understanding toward others.
