When developing our Newbury floor design, we took one of our popular plans, the Abernathy, and added a large upstairs bonus room to give you even more options and flexibility. You have the option to build the Newbury plan in our Little River Trails community in Norman, which has a brand new section, complete with premium homesite options, or The Reserve at Valencia. But be aware, homesites in The Reserve at Valencia are selling out fast and won't last long. The exterior of the Newbury offers a Craftsman or Farmhouse elevation. Both with varying types of siding, stained cedar accents and over 500 square feet of covered porches and patios that will let you enjoy outdoor living as you unwind and enjoy the beauty of an Oklahoma sunset at the end of a long day. To keep an authentic Craftsman or Farmhouse feel, you’ll get to choose from pre-packaged color selections curated by our designers. With 3,146 square feet, the Newbury offers a cathedral ceiling, faux beams, floating shelving, open floor plan with lots of natural light, large secondary bedrooms, and an expanded garage for extra storage and longer vehicles. The open bonus room is a great place for a kids' playroom, billiard room, media room or work zone. And for those with larger families, the bonus room offers great flexibility by converting into an additional 2 beds, full bath plus kids’ den…taking the Newbury to a 5 bed 3 ½ bath, plus two flex room home.
