Providing Ideal Customer Care

Andrea Nance began her journey with Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods in October 2019. She started as a Customer Care Field Representative and has been promoted to Director of Customer Care.
Nance is originally from Northwest Arkansas and moved to Oklahoma in 2005. She’s a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and first pursued a career in teaching, but after having kids of her own she was ready to jump into a new career. A friend suggested that she apply for a position in Customer Care, which she never dreamed of as a long-term career. Nance says now, though, "Working for Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods has been one of my biggest life blessings."
Nance loves getting to know Ideal homebuyers and seeing their dreams come true. "It’s cheesy, but we are in the business of dream making and we in Customer Care have a unique perspective to get to see the homes filled with family, décor, and personality, and to see that come to life is just so cool." Nance continued, "As a representative, I also loved getting to interact with homebuyers at such an integral time of their life. Transitions are hard; so, getting to go through this process and get them to the finish line was rewarding."
Her position allows her to be continually problem-solving. She says, "We must get repairs done right the first time. I look forward to the opportunity to help my team and help our homeowners!" She says, "The thing I like most about Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods is our culture. I have never had a job where there is so much mutual respect and genuine kindness from every single employee across departments."
