The Quinlan: This plan offers plenty of options to meet your needs. With four outside elevations, including Farmhouse, Craftsman, and modern styles, the Quinlan can give you the look you've always wanted. Inside, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home offers plenty of space and a lot of options. Whether it be adding a half bath, full bath, fourth bedroom with flex area or fourth and fifth bedrooms with a flex area, this plan accommodates what you need. An open entryway offers with a beautiful staircase. The living room has cathedral ceilings with a faux beam and an abundance of natural light. The secondary bedrooms feature large walk-in closets and a shared Jack and Jill bath. The master suite is a wrap-around design that offers a convenient path to the rear mud room, utility room and kitchen. It features a freestanding tub, large walk-in closet, and a 17’9”x 16’5” master bedroom.
