Summer is here, along with the possibility of owning a new IDEAL home! We are excited to announce that Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods has opened homesite reservations for custom home lots in Edmond’s Valencia neighborhood and Norman’s Red Canyon Ranch neighborhood.

So, what does that mean for you?

You can now reserve a homesite before we launch the new section to the public. You can select a home site and reserve it for $4,000 along with pre-approval from one of our preferred lenders. These local lenders, Citywide and C Solutions will walk you through each step of the process, whether you're a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned homeowner. Home pricing is not finalized on these locations until the contract is written. If a contract is not completed or it is canceled, the money will be refunded for the homesite.

Red Canyon Ranch, in Norman, is taking reservations now! This neighborhood features scenic views, rolling hills, a playground, and peaceful walking trails surrounded by Norman's unique landscape. This summer a new splash pad will be breaking ground, as well.
