But that’s not all… Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods hosts realtor and brokerage events (Lunch & Learns) in our communities throughout the metro. During these events, our marketing and sales team explain all the details from start to finish for buying a new home with Ideal. The events begin with a presentation of what Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods has to offer in pre-designed and custom-built homes. These presentations are great for new up-and-coming agents, or even your more established realtors. The Ideal Homes team will provide a question-and-answer session to make sure to cover any additional information. After the presentation, our new home consultant gives a tour of our model home. We can also provide tours of other homes that are currently move-in ready or in various construction phases.

Our goal over the last 30 years has been to provide homeowners with the best quality and energy-efficient homes available.  Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods is also the only home builder to offer a one-year new home warranty on all our homes, and guaranteed heating and cooling usage on most Ideal homes.
