We understand that trust is the foundation of every relationship. That's why we continue to offer a full 3% commission to our Realtor partners, even when other homebuilders don't. We value the hard work agents do to bring their clients to us.

Ideal is committed to maintaining a strong relationship with our partners throughout the home buying process. We won't cut you out of a commission if you are included on the contract. Even if you can't be present during home tours, meetings or closing, we have your back. By pre-registering your client and scheduling a tour, we ensure you are a part of the process and your commission is secured.

Whether you prefer to be involved in every step or let our new home consultant work directly with your client, we honor your registration with your homebuyer. When your client uses an Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods preferred lender to purchase one of our move-in ready homes, we will offer buyers $10,000* to use their way. Homebuyers can use this incredible promotion on a rate buydown, closing costs, a total price reduction or a storm shelter. These completed homes must close within 30 days of contract signing.
