IDEAL Gives Back - A Look Back at 2024

Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods donates more than 10% of profits to communities and individuals in need - both near and far. 2024 was a year of immense commitment from Ideal employees who spent countless hours pouring into those in need.

• Women in Construction Endowed Scholarship - Through the proceeds of one of their homes, Ideal has funded a scholarship to promote more women in construction through programs at the University of Oklahoma.
• Honoring Veterans Through Acts of Service - Ideal team members donated toiletries for veterans in the VA memory care unit.
• Packing Thanksgiving Meals for Families in Need - More than 50 Ideal team members came together to pack and distribute Thanksgiving meals.
• Norman Students Get Hands-on Experience - Norman high school students joined Ideal leadership weekly to learn more about the construction industry.
• Bringing a Little Color to Life - Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods created coloring books for CASA to use in their support of abused and neglected children.
• School Support - What better way to give back to the communities in which Ideal builds than to give back to the schools in those communities? Ideal supports a significant number of school programs.
• Day of Caring - Every year, Ideal team members donate their time and energy to help a community organization through the United Way. This year, the team renovated apartments for students in need at Bridges.
• Furniture Donation - Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods gifted more than $10,000 in furniture to organizations like Bridges of Norman.
• Tornado Cleanup - After devastating tornadoes hit Oklahoma in May, the team immediately traveled to help clean up and provide sustenance to those in the area.
