Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods is Coming to Bixby!

About 130 miles northeast up I-44 toward Tulsa, you’ll find the suburban community of Bixby, where Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods will soon be opening a new neighborhood! Located on East 61st St. S., just across from Bixby Central Intermediate School, Bixby Village will break ground soon, with homes ready for sale in early Spring 2023. Bixby is located about 25 minutes (15 miles) southeast of Tulsa, along the Arkansas River. Ideal homeowners will enjoy all the convenience of a large metro area but have all the peace and quiet of the suburbs. Bixby Village will be Ideal’s first community in the Tulsa area.
Schools
Bixby Village students will attend Bixby Public Schools, where your child’s education and safety is a top priority. Go, Spartans! There are four elementary schools in the district, five intermediate schools, one middle school, one 9th grade center, and one high school.
