It’s a New Year at Ideal…. What to look forward to in 2022!

In 2022, you can expect exciting new developments at Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods. This year, you’ll start to see our beautiful and energy-efficient homes coming to new Oklahoma locations. The Ideal team is thrilled to be opening our first neighborhoods in Harrah and Washington while also opening brand new neighborhoods in Norman, Edmond, and Stillwater. 

Also new for 2022 will be brand new floor plans and elevations for the Infinity line of homes, ranging from 2,500 to 3,300 sq ft.  These top-of-the-line homes continue to bring innovation in energy efficiency balancing beauty and functionality. “We’re really going to continue to separate ourselves as the design experts in the homebuilding industry in this market,” said Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods President, Steve Shoemaker. 

The Ideal Design Center is the largest design center of its kind in the state with more than 86,000 product offerings. In the months ahead, the design experiences will continue to grow as regional design studios open throughout the metro to better serve our customers. These studios provide the convenience of closer locations for our homeowners with the same great experience as our main design center. 

Most importantly, as a Kingdom company, we strive to continue our faith-based initiatives building relationships and supporting organizations within our communities to help those in need. Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods owners genuinely love and care for those who work here, our homeowners, communities, and trade partners. The company will soon be expanding that service mindset outside Oklahoma through mission opportunities for Ideal employees.
