Let's Talk About Bixby Village... Here We Come Tulsa!
First off, what does development mean from a home builder's perspective? In development, they transform raw farmland into a community so that Ideal Homes can build homes on the land. The Development team is involved from the day that Ideal Homes decides it wants to go to a specific location, all the way to the end when we have the very last lot. Anything that is in a neighborhood other than the house itself (sewer, streets, amenities) falls under that general umbrella of development.
Ideal Homes is announcing that we are just days away from opening our first community in Tulsa. So, let us talk about exactly what led us to Tulsa, specifically Bixby. Bixby Village is located on the southeast corner of 161st Street and South Memorial, about 1/4 of a mile east of that intersection. Directly across the street from Bixby Intermediate School. It is a fantastic location for families. Bixby High School is ranked 16th in the state for top high schools, but Bixby Public Schools all provide a top-tier educational program that continues to invest in their students and their teachers.
This community offers 70 homesites, all within walking distance of the amenities, which include a playground and splash pad. It is a perfect area to meet your neighbors and enjoy family time close to home.
