Moore & Norman Public Schools Back in Session

July 27, 2021

Get ready to set those alarm clocks because summer is almost over! Time to head back to the classrooms for a new school year. Did you know that Moore is the third largest school district in the state, and Norman is the seventh? For your convenience, we’ve gathered a few facts about the schools in our Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods communities including start times, enrollment, and back to school events.

Covid-19 protocols: Schools will be opening up to a full schedule for the upcoming fall semester. As of right now, masks are recommended for all students and staff but not required. That situation may change if infection rates climb, depending on CDC guidelines. Schools will maintain all safety protocols, including contact tracing, social distancing to the extent possible, and enhanced sanitization and cleaning.
