May 16, 2018
In this series, we’re taking a look at some of the floor plans that stand out as favorites among our homeowners. #1 - The Frederickson#3 - The Langley#4 - The Overton The Kingsley floor plan gets attention for its flexibility. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath plan, has both a study and a formal dining room. We've seen homeowners use the rooms as they're named, but we've also seen them use the two spaces to fit their family's unique needs. Whether its to display heirloom dining room furniture, as a kids' playroom, as a sitting room, as a second study, or as a television room, the options are endless. The study with french doors is just off the entry and gives the space an elegant feel. The formal dining room has two windows and high vaulted ceilings, which keeps the space bright and open. The living room, also featuring high ceilings and windows across most of the back wall, is spacious and open to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen features a pantry, a window above the sink, and a large island with plenty of storage underneath. The breakfast nook leads to the back door and covered patio making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or entertaining. The master bedroom is located at the back of the home with a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and the option of either a separate shower and tub, or you can choose a larger shower. There is a small hallway with the two secondary bedrooms, a bathroom, and a linen closet great for storage. The utility room also features a spacious storage closet. The Kingsley is available in eight neighborhoods across the Oklahoma City metro and Stillwater, including Featherstone, Sundance, Green Leaf Trails, Tradan Heights, Buffalo Grove at Village Verde, Castlewood Trails, Somers Pointe, and Northbrooke. You can view this plan online by taking a virtual tour, or contact Elena, to set up a time to see the Kingsley in person.
