Mustang boasts an award-winning Parks and Recreation Department, which manages a year-round schedule of events and activities. • Wild Horse Park – 1201 N. Mustang Rd.

This 158-acre park includes both walking and biking trails, two playgrounds, a pond, four pavilions, multi-field sports complexes for baseball, softball and soccer, dog park and aquatic facility. Wild Horse Park is open from 4am until 11pm daily.

Mustang Aquatic Center Located at 1201 N. Mustang Rd., in the Wild Horse Park and MRC complex, this beautiful outdoor water facility provides a safe, family-oriented water play experience. The pool features a beachfront entry for easy access, interactive water-play structures, water slide, and a 25' lap lane. Non-swimmers enjoy a large deck area for relaxing with a variety of concession choices. The Aquatic Center offers a full line of swimming lessons, special events, water aerobics and other activities. 2018 Season The Aquatic Center opens with an Opening Night Party on Friday, May 26 from 5-8 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at the MRC. The party is free with a Season Pass. The season opens May 29^th to June 3^rd, from 1-6 p.m. Regular season hours run June 4^th through Aug. 3^rd. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday 1-6 p.m. Beginning Aug 6, hours run 1-6 p.m. The AC is open weekends only beginning Aug. 11^th. Rates – Passes go on sale April 2nd.
