Sneak Peek: Model Homes in Progress

A new year is bringing new model homes to the OKC metro. While we love all our model homes, we are especially excited about these upcoming new model homes. Each has their own style and showcase some of the latest trends in home interior and design. They are all brand new floor plans for our line of Signature homes.

First up is a model home in one of our newest neighborhoods, Timber Ridge Pointe located in Choctaw, OK. 

It features our Jacobson farmhouse that includes an over-sized breakfast area that can function as a formal dining room. This plan offers walk-in closets for each bedroom. A utility room is conveniently located near the secondary bedrooms and garage so you can drop off muddy shoes when entering the home and keep from dragging dirty laundry all the way across the house. A mudroom located at the garage entry keeps everyone organized as they come and go. And, a living room with a large bank of windows brings in natural lighting accented by a cathedral ceiling with a faux beam across the room. Touring this home will be an experience. Next, a new model in Castlewood Trails is nearing completion in Yukon, OK. 

Our current model home, the Lawrence opened in 2016 to stunning reviews. This time we selected our Orwell floor plan. In this floor plan, we threw out traditional hallways and opened them up into functional flowing areas that are designed to make the house feel open, bright, and airy. There is an oversized kid’s area that lends itself to the perfect layout to put a craft table or homework station. The window at the end of the kid’s area brings in natural light. In the living room, you will be welcomed with a wall of windows and a cathedral ceiling with a center beam running along the vault. The island is a flat oversized island and the breakfast area has natural light coming in from all three sides to make you feel like you are enjoying that morning cup of coffee in the great outdoors. The master suite has a 5’ shower, wrap-around master closet (with over 83-feet of hanging rods), and is located with direct access to the utility room and mudroom.
