Uncommon Giving

At Ideal Homes, we're thankful for our team who are dedicated to making a difference. We're passionate about giving back to the communities where we live and build. Recently, our Relay for Life Team, The Cancer Crushers, was awarded as the top fundraising team in Oklahoma for 2016! We're proud of our team for their involvement and dedication to the causes that are most important to them. Ideal Homes strives to maintain our culture of giving by corporately committing 5%  to reinvest back into the Oklahoma communities where we build. Also, we donate $10 per year of employment to the organization of the employee's choice on his or her work anniversary. Because of these commitments, we've developed a team of people with hearts for helping others. We also spend time getting our hands dirty by donating time and resources to projects like Day of Caring, which allows us to do what we do best by helping struggling homeowners and organizations with maintenance and home repair projects. Ideal Homes employees also use their leadership skills by volunteering their time and expertise to serve on numerous boards and local charities including the Red Cross, Heart of Oklahoma chapter, and the Cleveland County Relay for Life. A few of our other favorite organizations to be involved with are The United Way of Norman, Food and Shelter, and Salvation Army.
