This 1,486 square foot floor plan has quickly become a favorite among our homeowners, and one look at the floor plan will explain why. We can thank great design for how this 4-bedroom home still feels open, spacious, and perfectly laid out. The master AND a second bedroom both offer walk-in closets. People also appreciate the master bedroom being on the opposite side of the home from the secondary bedrooms. This offers plenty of privacy whether the secondary bedrooms are used for guests or kids. Don't need the 4th bedroom? It can be changed into a study with french doors making this already open floor plan feel even more spacious. The kitchen is located in the heart of the home with a center island where the sink and dishwasher are located. Its low bar is open to the good-sized dining area and living room, keeping whomever is in the kitchen, right there with family or friends. A pantry is tucked just off the kitchen, and a mud room offers a great entrance space from the garage, and leaves the utility in its own room where you can shut the door to keep the mess or the noise contained. The master bedroom boasts a large window, walk in closet, and spacious master bathroom. Homeowners building this plan are able to choose a bath/shower combo or a large walk-in shower.
